Welcome to the 'Waslinik' application. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.
Nature of the Service
'Waslinik' is a technology platform that acts as an intermediary only. The company does not provide transportation or delivery services directly. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the company. The company expressly disclaims liability for any acts or omissions by any party.
User Accounts and Obligations
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- The user is responsible for all activities that occur under their account. The minimum age for using the application is 18 years.
- Service Requester: Responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details, treating service providers with respect, and paying the due fees.
- Service Provider: Must submit valid identification documents for verification, possess all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance, and maintain vehicle safety. The account is subject to review and approval by the application's management.
Payments, Commissions, and Fees
- The company retains a commission of 15% on the total value of each service.
- For cash payments, the service provider is obligated to pay the commission, which will be deducted from their in-app balance, potentially resulting in a negative balance (debt).
- When paying via the electronic payment gateway, the service requester is obligated to pay a fixed service fee of 0.290 BHD per transaction.
- All financial transactions are subject to the supervision of the Central Bank of Bahrain and the approved electronic payment systems in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Service Provider Acceptance: The request can be canceled at any time without a fee.
- After Acceptance and Before Trip Start: If canceled more than 5 minutes after the service provider's acceptance, the service requester is obligated to pay a cancellation fee of 0.5 BHD.
- After Trip Start or Item Pickup: Cancellation is not permitted, and the request is considered fully binding.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The company's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last six months.
Account Termination or Suspension
The company may suspend or terminate an account for violating the terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or accumulating debt (negative balance) without settlement.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; if a solution cannot be reached, the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction.
