Neurobot Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of Neurobot provided by Neurolux BH. By subscribing, the client agrees to all terms below.
1. Service Scope
- Neurobot is a WhatsApp-based customer service automation system.
- It does not replace legal, medical, or financial professionals.
2. Client Obligations
- The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate data
- Use the service lawfully
- Not misuse WhatsApp or violate Meta policies
3. Payment & Suspension
- Failure to pay on time results in service suspension.
- Data may be deleted after 6 months of non-renewal.
4. Limitations
- Neurolux BH is not liable for:
- Incorrect data provided by the client
- WhatsApp outages
- Third-party API failures
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service.
- Upon termination, all data is deleted upon request.
6. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
